TERRIBLE SERVICE

We bought tickets this morning and only AFTER we bought the tickets it was revealed that there is a 16 age restriction we were not aware of which only came up after we had purchased the tickets so we tried to cancel the tickets which we could not do but have to resell the tickets at half the price we bought it for and also no contact details to comtact the company. Then a hour later i get a report from my bank that ***** was attempted in my bank account from this platform and now have to block all my accounts and get new bank cards. WILL NEVER USE VIAGOGO again. Terrible service
