Terrible experience - zero customer service or help

<p>I recently tried to sell a ticket on Viagogo for Justin Bieber in JHB, and after selecting confirm the sale I cannot access any details as to where I need to deliver my ticket... and there is absolutely no help on the website and no contact details or email addresses to assist in this issue... I am now awaiting the 'non-delivery' fee (which is going to be much more than the actual ticket cost) to kick, despite my being given no instructions as to where to deliver this ticket.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never worked with a more un-user friendly website in my life.</p>
