Terrible Experience

Terrible ticket exchange provider. We bought and paid for tickets to see Bocelli live in CapeTown last week- paid for in May 2024. We received the ticket transfer the morning of the concert despite the fact the venue released tickets 30 days prior. We had no row or seat numbers. We drove 5 hours with overnight costs to attend the concert yet had no idea if we’d receive tickets on time let alone the right ones. People sitting around us had the same experience. It seems viagogo bought the entire section yet didn’t distribute the tickets till the morning of the concert. The venue states on its website NOT to buy tickets from Viagogo as they would not be valid at the gate. We called several times prior to the concert date asking about the tickets but all they told us is that we would receive them by 3 pm on the concert date! The whole experience was highly stressful. Never again.
