Stay away from viagogo. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! If for any reason (and months in advance even from the event- ours is in June!!), you decide to cancel (illness in our case) - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. They will not reply to you. They will ignore you. They will keep your money. It's truly a pathetic excuse of a "business".
