SPAM- Viagogo !!! Don’t use them!!

I Purchased tickets to imagin dragons in November 2022! It is the day of the event 4 Feb and I still! I don’t have the tickets!!

Trying to get hold of them is another story !! Escalated my issue and all I get is the same email reply from *** (different names all the time) “ the tickets will be send to me via ticked master “ eventually some one calls me from outside South Africa (Using a SA code (012)) I speak to them, they can hardly speak English and they say they sorting out the issue and I should get my tickets in the next 5 min. With no Suprise no tickets issues only the same email that has been sent for last few weeks stating I will get my tickets!! This is a ****!! Don’t use VIAGOGO!!!
