Sold Me **** Tickets – No Help, No Refund!

I had a terrible experience with Viagogo. I purchased tickets for Zhou Shen’s concert (Order #***) scheduled for April 12, 2025. After paying a high price, I later found out that the tickets I received were **** and do not exist.

I contacted Viagogo’s customer service multiple times to request a refund, but their responses were robotic and completely ignored the fact that I was sold *****ulent tickets. They simply repeated that all sales are final, even when the product they provided was clearly not legitimate.

This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected Viagogo to verify the legitimacy of tickets sold on their platform. Instead, I was ****med and left with no valid tickets and no refund.

I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when using Viagogo. Based on my experience, they do not take responsibility for **** tickets and offer no real customer support when things go wrong.

I will be reporting this issue to consumer protection agencies and will never use this platform again.
