Shocking service after being **********

My experience:

Bought tickets for Monster Jam Johannesburg tonight - 4 May. Bought 4 tickets online on 10 Jan for R4,810 (R1,202 per ticket). Discovered that that is much more than the market related price but thats my fault!

3 May: Viagogo website saying that my tickets were delivered by Secure Express Delivery on 15 April. Guess what? It is now 3 May and I still haven't got my tickets!! The night before the event. Queried this twice - on 1 May and then today 3 May. Viagogo rep**** by saying they are "investigating". Courier company website saying tickets only arrived from Cape Town to Johannesburg this morning. But still don't have them!! Just concerned that Viagogo said they delivered on 15 April on website whilst courier company says still in transit?? Heard some bad things. Even if I get my tickets I hope they are genuine!!

4 May: I have just seen that after complaining they have realised thier mistake and updated my account from saying tickets delivered on 15 April to now saying tickets in transit! ? Today is the event!! Still no tickets! So sad

Now: Okay. Had to go pick my tickets up myself as they only arrived at depot now. No time to wait for delivery!!

These guys are *******!! I bought tickets at R1, 200 a ticket and the price on the ticket is R150. How stupid was I!! To make it worse i bought tickets for the LOWER TIER to only find that my tickets are actually for the far UPPER tier!! Definately gonna take this one further!!
