In December I bought 3 tickets on Viagogo for R3000. If you google monster jam, it takes you directly into Viagogo website. I didn't know tickets was also being sold through Computicket (a much more reliable retailer) They receive my payment, and send confirmation that my tickets will be couriered to me 1 week prior to event. After I received my tickets and opened the envelope, I was devastated to discover the ticket price printed on the ticket was R150 per ticket. So Viagogo added their own PROFIT OF R2550. THIS IS SO UNETHECAL TO SAY THE LEAST. I resold my tickets back to Viagogo for R1300. So basically they will also take the next seller for a ride as well. I had to courier the tickets at my own cost of R100 to the next seller. I was told they I will be refunded the money back, that was also a lie. To make a very long unpleasant story short. The amount of R1300 that was agreed for my tickets, minus the R100 courier fee, minus R200 admin fee charged (for who knows what), minus R150 banking fees, I WAS REFUNDED R800, for something that originally cost me R3000. I am disgusted. This is unacceptable. There is no way to contact them, or email them, or make any contact with them. I guess I learned my lesson the very hard way. I will make sure to spread the word as far as I go and tell everyone of this BIG ****.
