*******’s do not use this website

I bought tickets for the Springbok game and was charged 40% for fees. I was told i cannot get a refund I need to resell my ticket. I just read other reviews and people are complaining that they bought tickets but were denied entry to events because the tickets were invalid. Please DO NOT use this website.
