<p>I recently purchased 2 sets of tickets on the viagogo website. They were the first link I was directed to when looking at the kirstenbosch summer concerts. I made the booking in haste as warning signs kept aying "only 4 tickets left" etc.</p> <p>I thought the prices looked high for kirstenbosch but assumed they had raised their prices. On receiving my confirmation for Jimmy Nevis and Zonke conceert...I was charged R386 per ticket plus a wopping R429 booking fee and R71 handling fee. I have since looked at webtickets...their prices are R125-R165 for the same concert. This means viagogo are chatrging at lesast 3 times the going price for the same concert. Surely this should not be allowed and Kirstenbosch should not grant access to such organisations.</p>
