I have had the worst experience with this Service Provider (purchasing tickets on Viagogo website. They charged me R4800 for tickets that cost R1600. I immediately sent them an e-mail instructing them to cancel the transaction since their advertised price was misleading, and they have not rep**** to my e-mail. On their website, they state that they do not offer any refunds instead one can relist the tickets and they will try and sell them. They do not follow the normal online payment authentication process, where you would normally see the total price that you're being charged, and get sent an OTP to verify the transaction. Once you have entered your card details, you immediately get a message that your transaction has gone through successfully with the total amount that has gone off your account. The final invoice gets presented in USD Please be careful when purchasing tickets through this website.
