My boyfriend purchased Chris Tucker live in Durban @ the ICC Tickets via the Viagogo website and he paid R894 per ticket plus an additional R294 booking fee. When he printed the tickets, the value of the tickets were R405 per ticket. We both thought that for R894 we wouldve had good seats and we wouldve benn able to see and hear more. I queried our seats at the ticket office at the ICC and to our surprise, they said the tickets were correct but unfortunately, Viagogo does this, they make a profit on the tickets. These people made over 150% profit on just our tickets. Why charge an additional R294 booking fee where we already paid double for the tickets? VIAGOGO is a total RIPOFF!!!! Is there anyway we can get some of the money back?? Ive tried going onto their site to complain, but was unsuccessful.
