Refused to cancel Tickets

I can not explain my frustration, I tried to cancel and order less than 3hrs after making the order. I explained that the tickets were over priced and after making the purchase I found that ****s have been link to the company. I was advised that I should "resell" my tickets due to the fact that they are just the middle man and all sales are final. How can they get away with this.
