Refund on tickets for the past 4 months

I had purchased F1 tickets from viagogo.com in November 2024. I was charged 4500 USD for the 2 tickets. Upon reaching the event I was told the tickets are not valid and was denied entry into the event. I called viagogo and explained the situation to them. I was then Informed after some investigation on their side that I would be refunded in full.

In January this year, I was told by an agent from viagog that my refund was done. I waited for 7 days and kept checking my account to no avail. I contacted viagog again and was then told to send my bank statements to proof I dint receive any refund.

2 months later and I'm still waiting, every time I call I'm told I must wait. I have been waiting for 4 months, and it seems to me that viagogo doesn't have the funds to refund me. I have emails from viagog stating the refund will be done and this was in January.

That's is totally unacceptable and I urgently advise anyone that one's to purchase anything thru viagogo.com to be aware.
