Purchased tickets for the Trevor Noah show

My husband Vernon. Walburgh purchased 2 tickets for the Trevor Noah show from the company called Viagogo and they are a UK based company.this was done via the Internet on the 22nd of October 2015. The date for the show is 27 November 2015 @19:30. I received an email the very same day with an order id number ***. The information on the email gives you the the the amount of tickets you bought and the value of it and how you paid and 2 seats in row D. Now we were told it's not the actual ticket we'll get a notification via email to download it. We received a download link to print the e-ticket. Since then we having problems to download the ticket we can't reach them by telephone and we send them emails concerning the link and they just not helping. All they do is sending us a link which we are unable to open. The purchase amount for the 2 tickets are R1561.00. We have not received a phone call to assist us. I need assistance please.
