Prices very inflated. Very disappointed

Very disappointed with my purchase. Firstly I was charged twice for my purchase - unable to get my money back I had to realist the tickets charged for. Still waiting for them to sell. Prices are hugely jnflated only realised this when tickets were issued. I booked tickets in October - you only get tickets issued closer to the time. My tickets were R800 - I paid R3800. What is the R3000 extra for. Should have bought locally. Will never use them again. Very sad and done in for
