Pathetic Service and non delivery of tickets

Hi I am incredible disturbed to be writing this review but i feel as though i have been completely done in by this online ticket company and would advise anyone to stay as far away from them as possible. A month in advance i purchased two x4 tickets to the Cricket ODI game tomorrow and i have yet to receive my tickets. I then duplicated this purchase by mistake and they refuse to refund me. What frustrates that i have to date been able to get hold of anyone to give me some feedback ?!?!?! There is no customer call centre and i am annoyed that i have now been ****med!
