ONLINE TICKETS

They don't even deserve one star! Make that a -1!! I bought tickets on the website of AfrikaBurn for the event. When the confirmation of the payment got through, it was from Viagogo. As I'm not fami**** with how things are supposed to work, I accepted that everything was fine as I even got confirmation of the tickets bought! That was the first week of November '22! Early this year I received the tickets but did not notice that it was vehicle passes...for the same price as the AfrikaBurn tickets was selling!! A week before the event I contacted AfrikaBurn with some questions I had because it would've been my first time attending the event....just to find out from them that the tickets will not permit me any access either to the event let alone for a vehicle as Viagogo was not a vendor for selling tickets to AfrikaBurn! Contacting Viagogo for a refund I had to deal with the most insufficient site to submit my complaint just to receive back an answer that is either of no significance to the case or just a repeat of what they already said. AfrikaBurn took place from 27 April until 2 May 2023. Since then I'm trying to talk sense into these people, which is by the way, strewn all over the world!!, but they keep on insisting that they did make a refund into an account that I don't know where they got the details from but it certainly doesn't belong to me!! And the more I'm telling them exactly that, the more they keep on replying that they did make the refund into that account, I should ask my bank where the money is!?? Something smells like a rat to me and normally when that happens you may find that it actually is the case! So, people, BEWARE and look CAREFULLY when you make online bookings and payments! Maybe everyone is not a sucker as I am but I sincerely hope that no-one EVER buys tickets from them!!
