No tickets... no money.... and no answers

I bought tickets on Viagogo website for a Rugby game and never received the tickets. Only a mail from Viagogo stating that the tickets where transferred! TRANSFERRED WHERE?? THE MAIL DID NOT STATE WHERE TO DOWNLOAD THE TICKETS AT ALL.

So I asked for the site where the tickets could be downloaded, or at least the history of the tickets... as the event has now already passed but they just keep saying ... the event is over!!!

No tickets, no ticket history, no money!!!!! No proof that the tickets where ever issued.

I just have to accept that they took my money and never rendered the service of supplying the tickets to us
