NO PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR MY TICKET

If there was ZERO stars I would choose that! I have been following up since the 12th of October for my payment (Travis Scott ticket) which was sold on their app and all the proof has been sent to them and I have NOT recieved an update on my payment! I keep getting automated emails saying it’s being reviewed but nothing ever happens! I think this app is a ****! Don’t ever use them!
