If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Worst customer service and charged me double the price of the ticket.

Now my ticket has been resold and I am waiting for my refund. It's been a 3 month battle with them.

To top it off they have stopped responding to my queries.

Does anyone know who they are regulated by to submit a complaint.
