When I made the booking 2 seats were available in row E 4 & 5. I made the selection and proceeded to pay. When the tickets arrived we were seated in row UX 4 & 5, this turns out to be the very last row of seats in the Teatro (the worst seats in the balcony section), what happened to the row E selection? A quiery directly with Viagogo produced an automated response, I selected the option given to say I was unhappy with the response but have heard nothing! We have sadly been ****med! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TICKET VENDOR!
