Lost concert tickets

<p>I bought two Justin Bieber Cape Town tickets through Viagogo and when I clicked on the link to track my order i was notified that my tickets had been delivered to someone else, in another city. (Araamex couriers gave me this persons details, i have contacted her and she confrimed that she is also going to the concert, and did receive her tickets.) I have tried to contact Viagogo and cannot get any details, or feedback. The concert is in less than a week. Help please</p>
