Lies about guaranteed delivery that I paid for

<p>purchased tickets and no mention that it is from a person. Pay R190 for delivery. Later in the day theseller contacts me to advise that the delivery company confirmed by Viagogo which is Citipress is not operational and so she will send via aramex. Later on I get a message advising I must pay her for delivery, but I paid Viagogo? Viagogo has not telephone contact details so all you can do is submit and inquiry and wait for an emIl response. Now 2 nights before the event I still don't have my tickets which I aid a total of R1350 which includes Viagogo's R195 handling fee. Now I also can't get hold of useless Aramex after waiting on their 24 hour line for 1.5 hours and no answer. So what exactly has Viagogo handled for the money I paid. R1350 later I have no tickets, what service have they provided?</p> <p>Finally got hold of Aramex the next morning and my tickets are scheduled for de,isvry on Monday. Ypthe concer is Sunday evening. So I drove an hour and half to collect my own tickets, I want a refund of my delivery fee. </p> <p>Will never buy tickets from here again. Guess there's a reason computicket and ticket pro are preferred ticket suppliers. No stress for your tickets afte spending R1300</p>
