INVALID Online tickets from Viagogo

Bought some tickets onsline for the Bulls vs Stormers 2024 Game at Loftus. When we want to scan the tickets at the gate weve been told that the tickets were invallid ant that weve been ****med from Viagogo.At the ticket office at Loftus theres been a poster for people not to buy from Viagogo. Weve lost R810. Ive been trying eversince to get a refund without any success. Please be warned not to buy online tickets through them for games at Loftus.
