I recently purchased three tickets on viagogo website, each at a different price. One ticket was sold to someone else and another was for my friend. When we arrived at the event, we discovered that we had the same ticket code one of us was not allowed to enter. I called them team for assistance, but unfortunately the response I received was very rude and unhelpful. This situation is unacceptable, and it feels as though money has been taken unfairly. I kindly request a full refund for the extra tickets that could not be used. Please confirm when and how this refund will be processed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
