Have I been ****med

Bought tickets to go watch One Republic the 19th November. On my tickets there isn't even a date, venue or who the purchaser was. Friens are telling me this is a ****. Don't know what to do. So worried we arrive at show only to be turned away. Has anyone had the same experience?
