Gut wrenching experience

Purchased sporting event tickets in July for an event that is to take place in a few days. I paid 3 times the price of an average ticket, only to find this out after they were advertised locally. I have still not received the tickets and have not had feedback. Gut wrenching feeling to be ****med of so much money and yet it is an official site.
