We purchased Bryan Ferry tickets for 14 February Grand West Arena from Viagogo. We paid a small fortune. When they sent us our tickets less than a week prior to the concert, they were for a different area of the arena - when we checked the ticket prices on Computicket, they were 6 times more expensive each. We complained and asked for a refund based on the fact that we were not seated in the prime are that we paid for. We are still awaiting a personal (non electronically generated) response. I will NEVER buy tickets from them again and I would advise everyone I know not to EVER use the site. In my opinion, they are **********.
