Floor tickets for VIP prices

After purchasing VIP tickets to LIVE's show at Grand West, a few days later, Viagogo website sent a notification that the VIP tickets were not available. The notification linked to their website which offered alternative tickets or a full refund. There was no mention of the prices of the alternative tickets, but all they had were floor tickets... Surely they would offer a refund of the difference of the prices of the floor tickets from the VIP tickets... No... Viagogo decided to take the full amount of ZAR 5130 for two stinking floor tickets. By the way, computicket still has VIP tickets available, so now I need to pay another 6k if I still want to go VIP. Viagogo says they are unable to refund my money. They do not receive customer care calls as the event is more than 72 hours away. My consumer rights have been violated, their website is not clear when offering cheaper tickets for the same price as the more expensive tickets as alternatives. I hope my lawyers will find a way.... At least this might help you if you land up in the same predicament...
