False information

I bought 6 tickets for the Bryan Adams show on the 14/6/2017. Got a email saying order confirmed. Was told the tickets will be delivered no later than 3 days before the concert. I then got a email on Monday saying my tickets were no longer available as the seller no longer is selling them. I was offered much cheaper tickets at the same price at other seatings, I then phoned the no provided thinking I was phoning local it turned out the person (Hannah) was in the UK. I then explained to her what the problem was and she said she will have to speak to her team. The next morning I got a email telling me I either except their offer or ask for a refund. I then opted to take the seats. Got a email for a discount for a next concert to be used not later than December 5th 2018. Phoned again this morning and spoke to Hannah again, she informed me that I will get E tickets when they receive it from the seller. I wish I had done my homework before I bought the tickets. I typed in on Google Bryan Adams concert and the viagogo link came up, so I thought I was buying tickets well in advance, not once did I read that they were resellers of tickets. I hope nobody ever gets to use this site.
