**** TICKETS - Viagogo

My sister-in-law, Mrs Petro Strey, purchased two tickets for the show Afrikaans Is Groot through Viagogo. Ref. No. ********** 4 Amount:- R2736 Paid with her Mastercard Date of show:- Thursday, 29 November 2018 @ 19h30 Sun Arena @ Time Square, Menlyn Maine, Pretoria She could choose their seatson the system, received confirmation e-mails with regards to the show and could download and print their tickets. When they arrived at the show they were told that the tickets are "****". They were taken to the information desk where an assistant checked on the system and couldn't find any trace of their booking. They were informed that there were people who paid R46 000 for their tickets (obviously a crowd who wanted to enjoy the evening) as well as as numerous other people who experienced the same problem.
