Extremely Disappointed

I am very unhappy with my experience on Viagogo. I bought tickets through their platform and never received them, even after waiting and trying to follow up. To make things worse, when I tried to resell the same tickets on their site, they refused to allow me to do so. Their customer service is unhelpful, and the platform feels unreliable and frustrating. I would not recommend Viagogo to anyone — save yourself the stress and use a more trustworthy ticket service.
