Don't by tickets from Viagogo online

We bought two tickets for the URC Stormers vs Munster rugby final online. We could not see the position of the seats on the stadium of the tickets, nor could we decide which price we want to pay. We only received the rugby tickets on Saturday The tickets we received was sold for R 375. 00 each. We payed R 1209.00 per ticket, The company that supp**** use the tickets was Western Cape Sports Tours and they delivered the ticket to the hotel. Question who pockets the R834.00 in the process. was it Viagogo or Western Cape Sports Tours . I demand a refund for the "extra" that I paid for these tickets.
