DONT Book through VIAGOGO EVER (Stormers v Lions Newlands Sat 15th April 2017)

<p>I was really excited went online to book my ticket for the game. Viagogo came up and the seat looked good , I booked my ticket and payed for it .</p> <p>Got confirmation but couldn't print out ticket, tried to contact to no avail.</p> <p>I decided that as I have proof of payment I would be alright to go to Newlands explain what had happened and get my ticket. Eventually got to the ticket office to be told No this agent was not there, I had to go online! I had no facility to go online with my only alternative was to go and buy another ticket.</p> <p>I went to the office to buy tickets for seated area and waited to be served . The lady was really nice and explained I had bought tickets on the black market ! I had basically lost my money and I had to purchase another ticket. This ticket which had super views was R160 rands, the other one I had purchased was R284. I WAS really upset however as it had been an ambition of mine to see a live match at Newlands I was blown away by the atmosphere and the game itself.</p> <p>This still does not alter the fact that as I have emailed them I still have not received my money back. I really do think there should be something done about black market sales online. I am going to make sure this goes WORLDWIDE! :) </p>
