When I followed up, they repeatedly claimed that the tickets had been transferred. However, all we received were email notifications — no actual tickets to access the event. To make matters worse: Their prices are significantly marked up There is no customer care number There is no direct support email The only option is to chat with agents who are unhelpful and do not resolve issues As a result, it seems very unlikely that you will get your money back. 🚫 Please be cautious and only purchase tickets from trusted and legitimate platforms.
