DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO - ONLINE *******

<p>am really ****ed off at the service of this company. How can I get hold of themtelephonically? I want my refund immediately I paid for tickets which cost R550 and was issued with tickets priced R400. Those are **** seats. I want my refund immediately or the tickets rectified. I am reporting this to the Ombusdsman as this company sucks will never purchase tickets again on this site. Computicket is the best!!! And available telephonically and do not charge handling fees etc. the price of the ticket is what you pay! The internet is full of reviews of how you thieve customers out of money. Please address this as a matter of urgency as I am livid. The email response I get is bull ****. I want my tickets rectified as they adamant they do not give refunds.</p>
