DO NOT BUY RUGBY TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO - DONT DO IT!

You should have a zero-star option for Viagogo. I should have checked up on them before purchasing tickets for the rugby. I received tickets just a few hours before the game, not on the stand that I paid for. Then just before the start of the game other people showed up with tickets to the same seats. Viagogo "thoroughly" investigated my complaint I lodged and offered me a 25% voucher for receiving the wrong ticket, nothing about the fact that there were other people with tickets to the same seat. It would seem the same tickets are sold more than once and then also in cheaper sections than originally booked, no way I want a 25% voucher to go through this again.
