Dissapointed and out of pocket

<p>In July I booked and paid for tickets to watch the HSBC 7's tournament in Cape Town. After receiving confirmation from VIAGOGO I went ahead and planned and booked hotels for Family and Friends who travelled to the event. My tickets never arrived so not only did I waste money on tickets never received I also was out of pocket with travel expenses and hotel rooms booked and paid for. I was not only angry but embarrassed as I now had to explain to everyone I had wasted their time when they could have been doing something else. I shall never ever use VIAGOGO again and I am going to fight to get my money back even though I lost more than just ticket money</p>
