I bought a ticket for the Andrea Bocelli concert to the value of R4000.00. The total price I paid including shipment and booking fee escalated the price to: Buyer Currency: South African Rand Payment Method: VISA: ************8759 Tickets Purchased: 1 Price per ticket: ZAR4000.00 Ticket Cost: ZAR4000.00 Booking Fee: ZAR1151.00 Shipping Fee: ZAR130.00 Buyer VAT: ZAR0.00 Buyer Total: ZAR5281.00 I paid for my ticket and when it was delivered, it was a ticket to the value of R1700 with Mr. W.D Correia written on it. I sent them an email requesting clarity on this and they went from pillar to post, telling me all sorts of insane stories, like shipping, booking fees and tickets sold by a 3rd party. I asked the to break it down for me and they gave me the breakdown above. I told them I want a ticket with a R4000 value written on it as I paid that amount. This issue was never resolved and I gave the ticket to a friend as I was not gonna sit on a R1700 seat while I paid for a R4000 seat. I have all the correspondences pertaining to this purchase. Only if I could upload. It hurts that I missed a concert I bought a ticket for on the very same day they were available on sale but I unfortunately could not lower my standards.
