Customer Loyalty is Zero

I bought tickets for the Atlantic Starr Concert on 28 September 2024 in Cape Town on www.viagogo.com The ticket price and what was promised in terms of the quality of the seats were disappointing. I paid R1050 per ticket and when I received the tickets the actual cost at face value was R495 per ticket. I bought four tickets, so I was paying R2200 more than the actual R1900 I could have paid if I bought directly from Webtickets. The concert was 80% full. What I understand is how a marketplace works. Viagogo takes a commission and that is fine. But to disadvantage the customer to such an extent is not ok. I will not buy tickets from Viagogo again and I will ensure none of my friends or family go through the same experience of being ****** of fair pricing by Viagogo.
