Con artists - Don't buy from them.

Viagogo just charged me R3020 for 4 tickets to a concert which should have cost R760. This is more than 4 times the actual price. When I found out how much the tickets were actually selling for I tried to return and they said no refunds. They stated "To help buyers know what the face value is and so they can decide if they want to pay what the seller is asking for, it is a requirement that all sellers input the face value before they can list. This allows us to provide the range of face values for that particular event so you can decide if you're happy to pay the prices asked by the sellers. This information is visible on the event page directly under the listings.

This was no where on the website even after I double checked. The response was a typical copy and paste response and you can see that they con people all the time! Hopefully my post here will help other people not get conned from such an ********* company.
