BEWARE VIAGOGO

<p>Bought 4 tickets for the 2017 Justin Bieber in CT show. we bought them in Dec 2016 so we got in early.<br />When receiving them, someone else name was on them. No number to contact Viagogo, so called Computicket who said they take no responsibility for the administration of Viagogo tickets. They could not help at all. They verified that the tickets were in our name according to their records but said that is was risky arriving at the show with tickets that don't have our name on them. We eventually chose to sell them as we had been warned that there was a big chance we would arrive at the show and find other people sitting in or seats. We went online with Viagogo and lodged the sale of our tickets and were told that we needed to drop our price to R150 each (we bought them for R1100 each) otherwise we would not sell them. In short, they did not get sold. we lost R6500. Despite doing all we could to verify the validity of these tickets we were left with no choice by to forfeit them.<br />Be very careful. Viagogo seduce you with the best website advertising. They convince you that there is such urgency to buy and that you are getting an incredible deal. Its all *******. They are a very clever **** and they have managed to stay in business by bullying the system - our case as an example. I have since met 5 other families who had the same experience. They arrived with young children and their seats had been taken. Another two families arrived and they were not allowed entry because the name on the tickets were not the same as the name on their id books. Its an expensive risk and not worth it especially when its one of the biggest treats for a child and end up being the biggest let down.</p>
