They take zero responsibility of any kind to ensure that sellers release tickets a reasonable period prior to the show, which led to me being unable to attend an Engelbert Humpherdinck show on 12 July 2024, a huge financial loss and no recourse. They don't have any measures in place to ensure buyers are not de*****ed or ****med at all.
