Beware of using Viagogo

I placed two separate orders for the Guns and Roses concert. I paid dearly but decided it was worth it for this classic band. I received the first order for one ticket but not the second order for two tickets. Despite so many follow ups I do not have the second set of tickets and will miss the concert. It is clear that some ***** deal happened but they are insistent that because both orders were placed on the same tracking, I must have received them. I have been asked to take a photo of the plastic courier envelope which has obviously been binned ages ago. I am disappointed and disgusted that after spending so much I still will not see this incredible band. I am interested to know if someone will be enjoying it using my tickets!
