Beware of this sham

<p>Viagogo sells tickets for events. The tickets are priced well above market value. Beware of the misleading selling. I recently purchased tickets for the super rugby final at Emirates park. The tickets were for the 'west' stand where we normally sit. When receiving the tickets, they were for block W1, right in the corner. Had I known this, I would never have purchased the tickets. On receipt, I immediately responded to get these reversed and refunded, but they would not do so. My only option according to them was to 'resell' these tickets. In this scenario they earn fees from the original seller, my purchase and my sale. As I don't want these horrible, overpriced tickets.</p> <p>their sale prices also pressures the conclusion of the deal wii time limits and saying the tickets are 'running out'. I will be taking this complaint to the consumer ombud, but should like to see if anyone has managed to get them to refund tickets. </p> <p>Terrible and highly misleading offer - I recommend never using this service.</p>
