Bad customer service from viagogo and stubhub scheming people

Please do not make use of viago or stubhub when you are purchasing or selling tickets for any event. I sold rugby tickets for the springbok/all black game that will be on the 22nd of August. I adjusted the price on the app so it made duplicate sales leading to 2 buyers buying the same tickets I did not receive money from any of the buyers because the money was paid to viago and stubhub I was informed I must reimburse one of the buyers with the money I will receive from the other buyer in the form of they will deduct it before it gets into my account. These event did not happen yet what did they do to the second buyers money if money will be deducted from the other buyers money how can they expect reimbur*****t from money I did not receive for an event that must still happen I was told it's their policy so meaning the money that the buyer paid that I must reimburse will be kept by them PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PLATFORMS FOR ANY EVENTS THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY LOOKS LIKE A MONEY MAKING SCHEME
