Bad customer service

I bought tickets for a show happening tomorrow and still haven't received my tickets. The website says it has already been delivered and i can't get hold of them, I've been trying for three days to make contact. Very disappointing as I paid R2000 a ticket.. If anyone from Viagogo reads this and cares to help, please contact me urgently!
