Avoid Viagogo at all cost!!!

I lost R10,570.00 after purchasing rugby tickets for the Springboks vs. New Zealand match on September 7th. Despite not receiving my tickets, Viagogo refused to refund me, claiming I didn’t call them on the day of the event. Reading other reviews, it’s clear that this company consistently fails its customers and essentially *****s their money.
