AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE ****MERS!

I can't even begin to describe how angry I am after this experience! I paid 205 euros for two tickets to Sofiane Pamart's concert in Barcelona, and one week before the event, when I downloaded my tickets, I see that the price on each ticket is 56 euros. When I asked for a payment breakdown, I discovered that they had completely ripped me off, charging me 74 euros per ticket, 40 euros in processing fees, 10 euros in VAT, and 6 euros for delivery! All of this for ELECTRONIC tickets, sent by email! The actual price for the two tickets was 112 euros, and I ended up paying almost double for no reason!

I contacted customer service to ask AT LEAST for a refund on the delivery fees, which are totally unjustified, but of course, they refused to help. These are ****mers, avoid them at all costs! Don’t make the same mistake I did, never buy from this seller, they are *******!
